Infringing copyright (millenium copyright) is an act of freedom!
I am a literary artist who has been infringed on copyright by richer companies. Due to the limitations of the commercial world that are irretrievably reflected (and should not) on jurisprudence, copyright is almost evident to be a weapon and scepter to exercise hegemony.
But the meaning of this century is to be found in copyright, the secret is all here :
Rich people can claim copyright infringement as they have the skills, skills, experience and means to profit from all the (and legal) costs incurred. The artist almost always since the dawn of time has never had money, because what he does is a work of art and in him art is born and dies. But an industry, a company that persecutes the artist or steals from the artist by being superior exclusively in power, ignorance and hatred;
It can only perpetrate greed for greed!
Then there are failed and deviant artists who create oligarchies in the shadow of the powerful to profit, persecute and threaten with the scepter of copyright, to be able to feel alive, to be able to feel what they will never be; important.
What about criminal organizations that engage in counterfeiting? There is a Nation that with toxic products is merely infringing copyright by commissioning works from alienated and dominated artists, but our allies and democratic multinationals ignore criminal organizations, ignore this Nation and these products; Because they too are rich and powerful in equal measure.
And so they persecute their people, the children of the fearful man, because it is easy, because it is economically profitable.
Translated &Summary: copyright minimally defends the rights of the last, but does the interests of the rich and criminal
Although in Europe we love the jurisprudence of the Roman-Germanic tradition and we also have in the various Regions a largely more equitable implementation, the jurisprudence of the most powerful will always apply, even if in truth judging by our mentality of saving, conservation, integrity and economic stability we should be the ones to impose.
Copyright infringement cases are a barbaric pillory, because copyright infringement always remains a weak offense and therefore multinationals have created a real copyright school/inquisition.
Always getting strong with that detail; Always win because you have more money.
This century should be remembered for that of pirates, but not computer pirates, but pirates because I see so many flags; Black Flags & Red Flags.
That does not change in the least this balance, for which the usual powerful wins both in reason and in wrong.
I can understand that I appear tyrannical, incorrect in that speech seems overbearing and that is why I am debating, because I am confident that someone more intelligent and democratic can take what he needs; And all resentment can be buried.
Why? Because it is for you that I am debating, because a new crime must take shape, that is, the crime of ignorance.
I have represented to you the nature of things, now to an already degraded situation is superimposed the AI that does only the dirty work. If before you violated copyright, now AI learns from public content?
Copy from public content or that you don't see, that you don't want to see but there are, whenever you want to be a little anime, the AI really copies the drawing style of a hacked, under-estimated, under-paid and stigmatized hentai artist.
Would the crime fall on who gave the input despite unaware of the evidence, the company that programmed the AI, the AI programmer or AI because they learned?
We inebriate ourselves with fantasies and lies, trapping ourselves and being ourselves proponents of our sufferings for a much darker and deeper depravity than the one who draws naked.
First I represented power, then ignorance, and finally...
I have concretely proven that the companies and citizens of one of our non-EU allies, consider us inferior, in particular they hate the GDPR and are ready to humiliate what time someone requests the deletion of their data, then please how do you think they can consider the violation of my rights? When they concretely humiliate for the slightest things.
Nevertheless they will soon hold the monopoly of social and all communications (except the ECI thanks you are breathtaking <3), they hold the monopoly of what we see, what we feel and what we create...
No, well, let's not exaggerate, but it should be noted that a large part of pop culture for the little ones really own it.
Craftsmanship is about to explode with new creations with 3D printers, we are one step away from being able to give life to everything we have the strength to imagine, creating real local and social requalification, nevertheless there is censorship, ghosts and torments that undermine the path of those I love, all the artists who try their hand at climbing towards development through science, art and genius.
So in conclusion I wonder:
He who created the work and died, was that what he wanted? I think that even the things that do not exist, those that we have imagined and brought into the world deserve rights and dignity;
for the inviolable respect of the dead.
And no one can better understand the author of his fans, because you can be sure artist that you will always have a fan! And that day when we will give rights to the imagined, to all creation, then it will be a glorious day because we will have ridiculed the good and the bad;
We will no longer be hypocrites but better humans!
