EU law change: All proven treatments must be offered to EU citizens during a pandemic on a clinical trial basis.

The pandemic is more than a year old and multiple re-purposed drug treatments have been discovered that are not being given Conditional Marketing Authorisation. EU citizens are not being offered a choice, which violates their right to an effective remedy, right to a different opinion and freedom of choice.

If a new born months old vaccine that is still in its clinical trials is given Conditional Marketing Authorisation, CMA can also be given to re-purposed drug treatments. An EU law is required where every single treatment discovered must be made available under doctor’s supervision as part of a clinical trial with informed consent.

Currently, COVID infected people are being allowed to die or their symptoms escalate so they need hospitalisation when treatments can prevent more serious symptoms and deaths.

People are self-medicating without doctor supervision. It is more medically ethical to have this done under doctors supervision with consent given to participate in a clinical trial rather than forbidding the treatments and then people endanger themselves.

It is EU citizen’s freedom right and medical right to choose if they prefer re-purposed drug treatments in a clinical trial setting under supervision of their doctor, or a clinical trial vaccine.

A very necessary initiative. There is a vast record of successful early outpatient treatment in various EU countries, that include Ivermectine and there is a very necessary question "Why governments and professionals in charge of this epidemic ignore early treatment of COVID and literally leave them without any treatment until they need a hospital care?
