Artificial Intelligence Responsibility act

This initiative has two pillars:

First, a Data Centre Pollution Tax. It charges operators for their carbon and water use, driving them toward sustainable practices and funding green innovation. This isn't about stopping progress; it's about making progress accountable.

Second, a Societal Safeguard Cap on AI. This legally prevents the most powerful AI from recursive, uncontrolled learning. It stops AI from taking over education, ensuring teachers, not algorithms, guide our children's minds. This cap is a necessary guardrail to protect the core of our society.

Together, we can build a digital future that is both sustainable and human-centric. Let's pass the Digital Responsibility Act.

I recommend that you take a look at other topics that highlight the danger of AI.

AI is not at all eco-sustainable, it is no coincidence that the most supported hypothesis is to build many mini atomic power plants in order to exploit their potential.

Unfortunately, it seems that it is oriented towards hypocritical green innovation. I'm as worried as you are, I've had the opportunity to witness graduating boys who with absolute certainty discredited the professor, because CHATGPT proved him right with outdated data.

It has come to a level of hypocrisy, ignorance and nihilism that when you make a statement or talk about something that the masses don't know... They search with CHATGPT sources or accuse you of using CHATGPT.

Distrust is total and wars (the end of civilization) proliferate when the social fabric is deteriorated.
