The evolution of crimes against human rights

I ask and exhort, 

demonstrators and my fellow citizens to engage and reflect in the near future; What is the method for effective prevention to protect human rights? Because even crimes evolve and we cannot hope that the wicked will sooner or later fall into error. 

The bullies who once openly declared the denial of fundamental rights are being extinguished, now they too dress refined and act more and more subtly.

You don't approve and you don't deny! But there will only be actions that annihilate; It silencing healthy doubts and protests.

Theact of stupidity is the basis of a military manual of the Second World War, designed to sabotage and conduct terrorist operations.

And as long as the antagonists can always hide under the heavy cloak of sometimes sudden negligence and we will tolerate the possibility that a professional, an official who has carried out his work up to the moment before normally, suddenly becomes clumsy, incapable and stupid; We will be accomplices.

Increasingly in various representative and institutional circles decisions will be made on empirical grounds, on the presumption and virtue of ignorance. They will come to mock the mathematical and scientific evidence adverse to them always protecting personal selfishness; 

because we allow it.

I firmly believe that as long as the possibility is allowed ... The possibility of denying everything, will never be stopped the offspring that hinders any progress.  

Only by collaborating in bringing the crime of devious stupidity to the attention of the Court of Human Rights will we be able to see what we are demonstrating in practice.
