Enhance, allow and promote the use of the European Union flag

This idea is open to a series of initiatives to enhance, promote and allow the use and display of the European Union flag, the European Union flag not representing Europe in general and not representing regulations but representing the European Union and only the European Union.
I will make some examples of initiatives:
- Remove all member states flags from the European Union Parliament and display only one at the top of only one mast: The European Union flag.
- Allow the exhibition of the European Union flag at every public institution inside of the European Union territory in a way that the European Union flag is shown in a privileged position or higher than any other flag or even alone.
- Show the European flag on T-Shirts and equipment when participating on sport competitions, possibly together with the flag of a member state.
- In car plates show the flag of the European Union alone without no more indications about the member state, remove letter in the middle of the stars.
- In boats and ships enforce the European Union flag with the flag of the member state on a corner and allow the European Union flag alone. (Most ships and boats are currently being not compliant with the flag and they continue to show the member state flag)
- Organize the exhibition of the European Union flag alone on 9th of May across the European Union. That means on 9th of May no member state flag will be shown at all across the European Union at every public institution.
