Check European Accreditation in EU nations as EU Infrastructure

EU Order 765/2008/EG calls in Art. 14 for a Infrastructure. EA is not implemented by EC and EU Countries. The EU Order may be the only systemic and national laws only as supporting to EU law. German implementation has been used to safeguard old prussian rules and orders which has been a matter to administrative court findings. Civil works and engineering still follows the rules of chambers and provides barriers. EC administration personnel does not safeguard the ruling and german national interpretation is also to be revised. BMWi uses national views to contain old procedures and avoid new modern implementation of new subjects.
