Inmigración y riqueza para los paises

En España reconocemos la despoblación y abandono de zonas rurales, bien por falta de familias o también por ausencia de natalidad. Esto ocurre en más países de EUROPA. No es posible recibir a los inmigrantes, legalizarlos, ofrecerles una vivienda y un terreno para cultivar o generar riqueza en esa región, y de ese modo fortalecer la riqueza de un país, incrementar el equilibrio de población entre el número de nacimientos y fallecimientos, y sobre todo y más importante, hacer posible que personas que huyen del infierno de una guerra o persecución en sus países de origen, tengan un futuro humano y un lugar donde volver a comenzar?
España tiene sol, tierra y cultivos que si fueran ecológicos ofrecerían un Modelo País con un producto de altísima calidad. Además mano de obra retribuída y estabilidad social para personas que ahora no tienen futuro.
Ojalá ??

As it is said: 'You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink?'

As a person involved in some European funded projects, I must recognize the effort dedicated to regional convergence in Europe. In many cases maybe it is a problem of how that resources were spent. Anyway, in Spain we have a lot of problems related to the educational system, labor market and sustainability of welfare state.

If we want to have higher quality of life, and be a country with opportunities for foreign, we must face and solve those problems by doing things better and on a more efficient way. If we continue to hide true problems behind more money and subsides, our sons will inherit am unsustainable country crushed by an increasing debt, a negative demographic pyramid and lot of unsolved structural problems.

In my option, Spain needs deep educational reforms to boost education innovation and autonomy; a new labor market regulation (austrian backpack?), reforms to ensure a sustainable welfare state and fiscal reforms to attack foreign investment and boost national savings.
