European Parliament should take in consideration that some countries miss infrastructure of recycle. The problem is that the extra fee on recycle based on plastic bottles and other recyclable have no real sustain. Citizens in most countries need containers to recycle on street and ways so they can boost recycle process, there is kind of weird to fee people products, while there haven't been in some countries even used recyclable containers, so you can throw your bottle where it should go, or the aluminium can in the container it should go.

Most frequently passed areas should at least have this recyclable containers( it doesn't have to be big). Even if in teory they would get to place them, authorities still ain't selective recycle. This problem is often happening in Romania.

I would like to have some containers where i can throw my PET bottle, with a small side where i can throw the cap itself. I want to protect the enviroment, but i feel like Romanians would do it if there would be more attention offer to that. Countryside areas have a lack of containers too ( if the recycle projects would actually be efficient used, then the communities would win too from recycle - money saved from recycle should go towards improving recycle).

I feel like the European project of applying fees per product, won't work in Romania and it will waste hundreds of my country citizens money, considering that those recycle centers ain't everywhere and walking with a bottle bought from a restaurant or shop, you will have at one point to throw it.( cause you can't walk with an empty bottle at you).

Main issue is that restaurants themself charge more the drinks which are comming in reusable bottles made of glass, when it should be somehow in reverse since the content is consumed and the bottle can be reused and refilled if that's made from glass.

I feel like Romanians could recycle really much if there would be a way to recycle and you could contribute through recycle to your community( is more likely to happen and be support of community such stuffs- expecially if priests would encourage citizens to recycle in them community).

This is my own view, and i feel like this should be the same issue for multiple countries which are part of EU.
