Reform of European electoral law

There should be a reform of the European electoral law. In concrete terms, the European electoral law should be amended in order to allow individual candidates to participate in the European elections in the future. Currently, for legal reasons, voting in the European elections is only possible if you stand as a candidate through a party or voter association. This limits the participation of people who want to stand for election without a party/voter association. There should be no such restrictions. It should be left to voters alone to decide what is and is not elected for candidates in the European Parliament.
