Mandatory live tech support from big companies

I would like to propose a new idea that could become a new EU law, the idea itself is quite simple, let me explain.

Considering how big tehc companies are becoming and how frequent bugs, errors and glitches are, I think it should be necessary for all big tech companies to give to each customer a proprer live tech support if they request it.

Currently companies can give help through the helpdesk and FAQs, however thatàs not enough sometimes, and if you use the email or a chatbot to ask for help/adivse, sometimes you will get an automated response that's not going to help you at all and if you ask directly to speak to an agent, nothing will happen as they do not give that kind of support, and that's a problem, why? Sometimes the help you need is very precise and the FAQs/helpdesk isn't enough as it tends to be very vauge and not precise at all, thus leaving the customer with no help and one click away form a scam tech support found on google (especially for elderly people).

This is why, i think that in 2024 it should be mandatory to revice live tech support upon request  to solve some issues that can't be fixed otherways, this will also bring new emplyement spaces within the EU leading also in a smaller unemplyement rate
